By accessing our website, submitting an inquiry, or engaging our services in any capacity, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
1 Acceptance of Terms
By using this website or engaging our services — whether through the contact form, live chat, WhatsApp, Telegram, email, or any other channel — you acknowledge that:
- You have read and understood these Terms of Service in their entirety.
- You agree to comply with all terms and conditions set forth herein.
- You have the legal capacity and authority to enter into this agreement.
- If you are using our services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
Important: These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and registered members of the platform. Use of our services constitutes full acceptance of these Terms.
2 Description of Services
IT Exam Supports provides professional examination assistance services to students, professionals, and individuals preparing for or sitting proctored certification and academic examinations. Our services include but are not limited to:
- Remote proctored exam assistance across 50+ proctoring platforms (ProctorU, Pearson VUE OnVUE, Examity, Honorlock, LockDown Browser, Canvas, Blackboard, PROCTORIO, ATI Testing, WGU, and others).
- Exam preparation consultations and strategy guidance.
- Practice exam access through our member platform.
- Course video content for certification preparation.
- Pre-exam technical setup support and advice.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time without prior notice, though we will make reasonable efforts to notify active clients of significant changes that affect their scheduled engagements.
3 Eligibility & Age Requirement
To use our services, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:
- Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. We do not knowingly provide services to individuals under the age of 18.
- Legal Capacity: You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction.
- Accurate Information: You must provide truthful and accurate information when engaging our services or creating an account.
By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements stated above. If we discover that you have misrepresented your eligibility, we reserve the right to immediately terminate your account and any active service engagements without refund.
4 Account Registration
Certain features of our platform require you to create an account. When registering, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
- Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate.
- Maintain the security and confidentiality of your account credentials.
- Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
- Immediately notify us of any unauthorized access or suspected breach of your account.
Account registration is subject to admin approval. We reserve the right to refuse registration, suspend, or permanently disable accounts at our sole discretion — particularly for accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity.
You may not share, transfer, or sell your account to any third party. Each account is personal and intended for single-user use only.
5 User Responsibilities
As a user of our services, you agree to the following responsibilities:
- Provide complete, accurate, and timely information about your exam, including platform name, exam date, required passing score, and any relevant technical details.
- Ensure your device meets the technical requirements for your proctoring platform before your scheduled session.
- Maintain a stable internet connection and appropriate environment for your exam session.
- Not disclose or share our proprietary methods, communication channels, or internal processes with third parties.
- Refrain from engaging in any activity that could compromise the integrity or security of our platform.
- Not reverse-engineer, decompile, scrape, or attempt to extract proprietary technology or content from our platform.
- Not use our services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
Your Cooperation: The success of our service depends on your cooperation. Failure to provide accurate exam details, cancellations without adequate notice, or technical environment failures on the client's end do not automatically entitle a client to a refund where our team was ready and prepared to deliver the service.
6 Payment & Billing Terms
Our payment model is built around client trust and result delivery:
- Zero Upfront Payment: We do not require any payment before your exam is completed and your passing score is confirmed.
- Post-Result Payment: Payment is due promptly upon confirmation of your passing score. The exact amount is agreed upon at the time of your consultation and confirmed in writing before the exam.
- Payment Methods: Accepted payment methods will be communicated to you by our team and may include cryptocurrency, bank transfer, or other digital payment channels as agreed.
- Late Payment: Failure to make payment within the agreed timeframe after a passing score is confirmed may result in account suspension, restriction from future services, and/or pursuit of applicable remedies.
- Price Variations: Pricing varies by exam type, difficulty, platform, and urgency. All pricing is confirmed in writing before any service engagement begins.
All fees quoted are in USD unless explicitly stated otherwise. We reserve the right to revise our pricing at any time; however, confirmed engagements will be honoured at the quoted price.
7 Pass Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of our service with the following guarantee:
- Every engagement includes a written pass guarantee confirmed before the exam begins.
- If our expert fails to achieve the required passing score on your behalf, you owe us nothing — zero payment, no exceptions.
- The guarantee is specific to the passing score threshold agreed upon in writing prior to the exam.
Guarantee Conditions: The pass guarantee applies only when: (a) complete and accurate exam information was provided; (b) the client's account credentials and access details were working at the time of the exam; (c) the exam environment was stable and functional; and (d) no external interference prevented our expert from completing the exam.
The guarantee does not apply in cases where: the exam was cancelled by the testing authority; the client provided incorrect credentials; platform-side technical failures outside our control prevented completion; or the client violated any condition of our service agreement.

8 Intellectual Property
All content on this website and platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, course videos, practice exam questions, audio clips, and software — is the exclusive property of IT Exam Supports or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
- You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the website or platform content without prior written permission from us.
- Practice exam questions and course materials are proprietary and may not be shared, distributed, published, or transmitted in any form.
- You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform solely for your personal, non-commercial use.
- Any unauthorized use of our intellectual property may result in immediate account termination and legal action.
9 Privacy & Confidentiality
Your privacy is of paramount importance to us. Our data practices are governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
In addition to our Privacy Policy, both parties agree to the following confidentiality obligations:
- We will never disclose your identity, exam details, or account credentials to any third party.
- All communications between you and our team are encrypted and treated with strict confidentiality.
- We do not retain login credentials or personally identifiable information beyond what is necessary to complete your service engagement.
- You agree not to publicly disclose the specific methods, processes, or personnel involved in our service delivery.
10 Disclaimers
Our services are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we make no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:
- Warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
- Guarantees that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
- Representations regarding the accuracy or completeness of any content on the website.
While we maintain a 98% pass rate across all engagements, individual results may vary based on factors including exam difficulty, platform stability, and information accuracy provided by the client.
External Platforms: We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to any proctoring platform (ProctorU, Pearson VUE, Examity, etc.) or certification body. All trademarked names referenced on this site are the property of their respective owners and are used solely for descriptive purposes.
11 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, IT Exam Supports and its officers, employees, agents, partners, and affiliates shall not be liable for any:
- Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
- Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
- Damages resulting from unauthorized access to or use of our servers or personal information stored therein.
- Damages resulting from any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our services.
- Damages resulting from bugs, viruses, Trojan horses, or similar harmful code transmitted through our services by any third party.
In no event shall our total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services exceed the total amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or USD $100, whichever is greater.
12 Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless IT Exam Supports and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to:
- Your violation of these Terms of Service.
- Your use of our services in a manner not authorized or contemplated by these Terms.
- Your violation of any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right.
- Any content you submit to our platform that is false, misleading, or violates the rights of others.
13 Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to our services at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe:
- Violates these Terms of Service.
- Is harmful to other users, third parties, or the integrity of our platform.
- Involves fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal activity.
- Involves non-payment for confirmed service engagements.
- Involves unauthorized sharing, reselling, or distribution of our proprietary content.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at support@itexamsupports.com. Upon termination, any outstanding payment obligations survive the termination of these Terms.
All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including ownership, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability — shall survive termination.
14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international commercial law principles, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. Please contact us directly at support@itexamsupports.com to initiate this process.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, both parties agree to binding arbitration as the exclusive means of resolving the dispute. The arbitration shall be conducted in English and the arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.
Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking emergency injunctive or equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect intellectual property rights or confidential information.
15 Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. When we make changes, we will:
- Update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.
- Post a notice on our website indicating that the Terms have been updated.
- Where required by law or where changes are material, provide additional notice via email to registered users.
